Epic Student Ministries...

This is the character of God; it's the nature and ambition of our hearts, as well-- to be all that God has chosen us to be, representing His standard of truth and love to the world. We aren't interested in being spectator Christians but we want to live (really LIVE!) the EPIC adventure that God has planned for our lives.

Our main mission is to totally fulfill our role in the body here at Grace Covenant Church and secondly to serve and show Chris's love the world around us. Our emphasis is discipleship through the word of God and the building of strong, lasting, Christ-centered relationships. It is also our desire to cross age barriers and impact every area of ministry. We have youth members serving in Children's Church, Hand of Grace (our church's food distribution program), the church cafe and on the worship team...after all, our lives aren't really about us!

Within the group, we have been called to love God and serve others. In doing so, we are like a family: for better or worse and despite our differences, we stand together. We spend a lot of time hanging out together beyond the normal church activities, getting to really know each other and going deeper in our walk with God. In everything we do, the goal is to teach our young people how to love God; and from there, how to love eachother; and then taking it even farther, extending that love beyond ourselves and our comfortable lives to reach the lost and hurting in our community with the life changing love of Jesus Christ.

We're not about hype--just about being real. Real people dealing with real life following a real God. If this sounds like something you want or are just curious you should definetly come check us out. So here's the key info: Epic Student Ministries meets the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sundays of every month from 6:30-8pm and every Wednesday evening from 7-8:30pm here at Grace Covenant Church. These are times of personal ministry and practical teaching for our lives. We also do lots of fun activties along the way like snow tubing, bowling, football, spa days, parties, dinners...you get the idea. (check out our calandar page to see what's going on now)
